Our Service & Parts Locations
Thirteen McGee service and parts departments across New England and eastern New York. Every one of them handles routine maintenance on all makes and models. Warranty work, open recalls, and brand-specific diagnostics go to the store that sells your brand: Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Mazda, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, or Lexus.
Find your store below and book online, or call directly. Every number on this page reaches that store's service department rather than sales, and at most stores service and parts share that line and those hours. Booking opens on your store's own site.

Own It? We’ll Take Care of ItService You Can See

You should not have to take anyone's word for what your car needs. Every McGee service department works the same way: we show you what we found, you decide what happens next, and you can follow the whole thing from your phone.
- Photos and video of what we found.Your technician sends pictures or a short video of anything they recommend, so you can see the worn brake pad or the leaking hose yourself instead of reading it on a line item.
- You approve, decline, or defer.Recommendations arrive as a list you act on from your phone. Nothing gets done that you did not agree to, and there is no pressure to decide on the spot.
- Text updates while you wait.Status by text as the work moves, so you are not calling the desk to ask whether it is ready.
- A multi-point inspection with every visit. You get the results either way, so you know what is fine as well as what is not.
- Online scheduling at every store.Pick your service, your day, and your time from the store's own calendar.
- Genuine parts on the shelf. The same counter that supplies our technicians supplies you, so you can get the factory part for the brands we sell.
Comfort and Convenience
Most McGee stores have a customer lounge built for actually sitting in: comfortable seating, wifi, coffee, and quiet space to get some work done while your vehicle is in the shop.
If waiting does not fit your day, depending on the store you may also find shuttle rides, loaner vehicles, early drop-off before the desk opens, and after-hours key drop so you can leave the car on your own schedule. What is available differs from store to store, so tell your advisor what works best when you book and they will arrange it.

State Inspections
Every McGee dealership is a licensed inspection station in its state, across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. You do not need to have bought the vehicle from us, and you do not need to own the brand a given store sells: any McGee service department can inspect most passenger vehicles regardless of what that store sells.
What each state requires differs. Some states run an annual safety inspection, some run emissions testing on a different cycle, and some do both. Your store's service desk will tell you what applies to your vehicle and when it is due.
Inspections are appointment work like anything else, so book yours through your store above. If something fails, the technician will show you what and why before any repair is authorized, the same way every other recommendation works here.
What Our Service Departments Do
Every McGee dealership has a full service department staffed by technicians trained on the brand they work on, using parts specified for your vehicle, working to the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for your mileage. Common work in our service drives:
It also covers the work you did not plan for. When a repair is covered by your manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer pays for it; some coverage carries a deductible, and your advisor will confirm what applies before any work starts. Open safety recalls are performed at no charge, as federal law requires, and any McGee store that sells your brand can look up whether your vehicle has one.
You do not have to have bought your vehicle from McGee to have it serviced here, and you do not have to service it here to keep your warranty in force. What you get by coming to the franchise dealer is a technician who works on your brand every day, plus access to the manufacturer's own diagnostic tools, service bulletins, and parts supply.
Parts and Accessories

Every McGee parts department sells to the public, not only to its own service drive. Whether you are doing the work yourself, handing the part to your own mechanic, or having us install it, you can buy it here. Call the store that sells your brand or send the request through that store's online parts form, and someone will confirm fit, availability, and price against your VIN.
Genuine parts for the brands we sell: filters, brakes, batteries, wiper blades, belts, and the accessories made for your vehicle, from floor mats and cargo trays to roof racks and trim. Several brands also run their own accessory catalogue that ships to the dealership for installation, and our Toyota stores in Epping, Putnam, and Claremont run an online parts store you can order from any time.
Keys and key fobs. All 13 McGee parts departments supply and program keys and fobs for the brands they sell, and cut mechanical keys where the vehicle still uses one. Modern keys have to be matched to your vehicle's immobilizer before they will start it, so bring the vehicle and your ID and call ahead to confirm the store has your key in stock. If you have lost every key, call first: some vehicles need a security waiting period or have to be towed in.
Parts pricing, availability, and warranty coverage vary by brand and by store. Your store's parts page has the detail for yours.
Tires

Tires bought at the dealership can be matched to the specification your vehicle left the factory with, and your advisor will tell you when an option you pick differs, as winter tires and upsized fittings often do. Mounting and balancing happen with the purchase, and an alignment can be done in the same visit rather than at a second shop. Our parts departments stock the common sizes for the vehicles we see most, and anything not on the rack can usually be ordered in quickly.
Winter is the other half of this. Seasonal changeovers, snow and winter tires, TPMS sensors, and tire storage where the store offers it are all handled in the service drive, and the busiest weeks are the ones right after the first cold snap, so book early.
Most McGee stores also run their manufacturer's tire program, where you can search by tire size or by your vehicle and see what the store can get, including brands beyond the ones on the shelf. If your store shows a Find tires link it will search that store's inventory. Otherwise call the number on its card and someone will price it out with mounting and balancing included.
Which McGee Store Services My Vehicle?
Warranty work, open recalls, and brand-specific diagnostics go to a store that sells your brand, because that is where the manufacturer's tools, training, and parts supply are. Routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotation, and brake service can be handled by any McGee service department.

How to Book
Pick your store above and choose Schedule Service. Booking happens on that store's own website, because each service department runs its own calendar, its own technicians, and its own service menu. If you would rather speak to someone, every store's service number is on its card and rings the service desk.
Service and Parts Questions
Can McGee service a make you do not sell?
Yes. Every McGee service department handles routine maintenance on all makes and models: oil changes, tires, brakes, batteries, alignments, and state inspection, regardless of what brand that store sells. Warranty work, open safety recalls, and brand-specific diagnostics need to go to a store that sells your brand, because that is where the manufacturer's tools, training, and parts supply are.
Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?
An appointment is the fastest way in, and every store books online. Some stores can take walk-ins for quick work such as an oil change or a tire check when the shop has room. Call the service desk on that store's card to ask about today.
Can I have my vehicle serviced at McGee if I bought it somewhere else?
Yes. You do not need to have purchased from us. Bring a vehicle of a brand we sell to that brand's McGee store, and any McGee service department can handle routine maintenance regardless of where the vehicle came from.
Do I have to service at the dealership to keep my factory warranty?
No. You may have your vehicle serviced anywhere and keep your warranty in force, provided the manufacturer's recommended maintenance is performed and you keep your records. What the franchise dealer adds is technicians trained on your brand, the manufacturer's own diagnostic equipment and service bulletins, and warranty repairs performed at no cost to you when the repair is covered.
How do I order a part?
Call the parts counter at the McGee store that sells your brand, or use that store's online parts request form. Have your VIN if you can, since it is the fastest way to confirm the right part for your vehicle. Our Toyota stores in Epping, Putnam, and Claremont also run an online parts store you can order from directly.
Do you handle open safety recalls?
Yes. Any McGee store that sells your brand can look up whether your vehicle has an open safety recall and perform the work at no charge. You do not need to have bought the vehicle from us.
Do you do state inspections?
Yes. Every McGee dealership is a licensed inspection station in its state, across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. You do not need to have bought the vehicle from us, and any McGee service department can inspect most passenger vehicles regardless of the brand that store sells. What each state requires differs, so your store's service desk will confirm what applies to your vehicle.
Can you make and program a key or key fob?
Yes. All 13 McGee parts departments cut and program keys and key fobs for the brands they sell. Modern keys have to be matched to your vehicle's immobilizer to start the car, so bring the vehicle and your ID, and call ahead so the store can confirm it has your key in stock.
